CRY FOR RUBY ROSE!

June 17, 2009

Court Judge Gloria Aglugub won’t allow kids of Ruby Rose to attend their mother’s wake.

How exceedingly cruel! How so unbelievably heartless!

Hey, Judge Aglugub, imagine you are Ruby Rose.  You are strangled to death by cold-blooded criminals,  your body stuffed into a drum, poured with cement and enclosed in a welded  metal box then dumped in murky waters to rot away never to be found again if not for one stricken conscience.  Crime on your person found out two years later, you have your funeral, but—for good heaven’s sake!– your daughters would not want to come to your wake and burial because they would rather concentrate on their studies??!!

Cry, oh, cry to heavens high for Ruby Rose!

GMA IS DOING A MARCOS

June 4, 2009

GMA is following a blueprint copied from Marcos.

An older friend’s analysis, over bottles of Red Horse and a platter of fried squid:

There’s a method in this madness.  She’s forcing a civil unrest to justify an emergency rule or a declaration of Martial Law.  She’s banking on her gangsters in Congress which will give it its imprimatur and a pliant Supreme Court which will rule in her favor.   She will probably arrest most of the members of the Senate leaving the Lower House all by itself.

It would be swift and brutal, no room for reason.

But…

Unlike Marcos which had the military solidly behind him, she has a fractured one.

Unlike Marcos who had a sizable and formidable regional following and a passive majority giving him the benefit of doubt, she has only a backing of a small but fanatic bloc.

Unlike Marcos, she has no communist insurgency and separatist movement of similar magnitude to justify her drastic move.

Unlike Marcos which had the backing of the US to declare Martial Law, she has none.

Unlike Marcos who had no baggage of a dictator before him, she has it in Marcos himself.

Unlike Marcos who had a mandate untainted by a controversy as vulgar, she has “Hello, Garci!” to her name.

Unlike Marcos who had media controlled,  there is a cyberworld to deal with.

And, let’s face it.  Marcos was charismatic and never this unpopular in 1972; Gloria, if she has anything, she’s got a  long string of anomalies hounding her,  a repulsive persona, and an ugly mole on her face, that is all.

It is either a civil war, or an assassination because this one will do everything to escape prison–sell her soul if she must. (And avail of last- minute salvation for Christians, I butted in.)

But then, we hate blood. And we don’t want to hurt our women beyond slapping and kicking…

They should offer her a way out.

We finished ten bottles all.  I left him asleep on the sofa.

NINE ELEVEN AND THE WORLD TRADE CENTER

June 3, 2009

The most comprehensive and most compelling  argument I have read so far  for the assertion that the WTC Twin Towers in the 9/11 was in fact  a controlled demolition job, and that the official report involves a huge violation of the laws of Physics:

THE ASSASSIN’S BULLET

June 3, 2009

Below is a recent comment on an old post, Who the Hell Killed Ninoy: Science vs. Legal Experts.   I am reposting it here to give it justice.

By Benito E. Molino, MD:

Corrections Are Needed

Hollow Point Bullet. This bullet fragments upon hitting its target. This was the bullet used by Galman in shooting Ninoy. Upon hitting the left mastoid of Ninoy (behind the left ear) the bullet fragmented in at least 3 major fragments: first fragment went straight UNDEFLECTED – upward, rightward and a little forward- lodging at the upper section of the right temporal bone (THIS IS THE BULLET’S TRAJECTORY- UPWARD,RIGHTWARD AND A LITTLE FORWARD); 2nd fragment went forward,a little upward and more forward in relation to the first fragment, hitting the basal surface of the petrous bone and was deflected downward and forward (take note that the water surface of placid lake could deflect a pebble thrown into it at a narrow angle,I was fond doing this when I was kid;and third much smaller fragment lodge also within the skull.

If you will say that a worried Ninoy was looking a little back to his escorts when he was shot behind the left ear,and your trajectory is forward and downward, the bullet therefore should somewhere in the vicinity of the right ear,NOT the front area of the lower jaw.

No Exit Point. The lower anterior section of the mandible was dissected to get the embedded fragment. No bullet fragment exited Ninoy’s head.

Gun Stippling inside the Left Ear. When a gun is fired at a close range, gunpowder residues (stippling) reached the skin or any surface within the range. Photographs taken during the autopsy of Ninoy showed stippling on the inner surface of his left ear. The skin in front of the left ear also showed stippling. This means that Ninoy was hit at the left side of his head, behind the left ear and NOT at the back of his head. Anybody who says Ninoy was shot at the “back of his head” should back-off a little bit and review his human anatomy, especially the head or better go back to your physics and do forensic experiment on this question of trajectory so that you can have an empirical basis on your claim. If you are damn right,I will retire as a forensic consultant and will request the Supreme Court to remove my name as the first Filipino doctor to whom they cited in their landmark “Writ of Amparo Doctrine” decision in favor of the tortured Manalo brothers.
