              I absolute agree on 3D printing. There is a growing demand of personalized products developed in 3D software and printed in 3D. We print a lot of scale models for architects and product developers. However more consumers explore the developments and ask for their own designed objects.

              Alvin Toffler in his book The Third Wave predicted the rise of what he called prosumers– consumers shifting to producing their own products instead of buying. This would be the primary tool to power this shift, I suppose.
