THE CASE AGAINST HUBERT WEBB

October 19, 2010

This is Cheche Lazaro’s Dalawang Mukha ng Hustisya.

part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5, part 6, part 7, part 8

Where’s Jessica Alfaro now?  Ms Cheche Lazaro should find this Alfaro lady.  She was said to have made some very startling revelations while on the set during the filming of the story of the Vizconde massacre.  It’s her story which pinned Hubert, it’s also her who holds the key if her story was just fiction…

Two things: if indeed Hubert Webb is innocent, ah, what an injustice has been committed and what a fool had been made of those who think Hubert is a mad killer!  To rectify the wrong, you would want nothing short of an Alfaro skinned alive and chopped down to little pieces !  On the other hand, if  indeed he is guilty as the courts pronounced him to be, this Hubert is evil personified!

I was still in the Phils. when this happened and anyone who has common sense would immediately know that Hubert was obviously framed by those who handled the case. Unfortunately, even the judge who handled it seemed to be out of synch. When an accused have all authentic official documents stating he was out of the country when the crime happened, how can the courts ignore it? I leave my comments to that . . . it’s up for people to think back.

Well, your common sense completely differs from mine. I am with the Federal Service for many years and going through with a bunch of evidence H. Webb must have been convicted a long time ago. In fact it was pretty clear that a police officer had tried to tamper the evidence at the scene of the crime to cover H. Webb’s track. The Philippine authorities full of shambles.

The Supreme Court System in the Philippines unexpectedly just made a decision without any trial or appeal or any pieces of new evidence were ever collected to represent to the Supreme Court . Not even Freddie Webb re hiring a Lawyer to have a second trial for the six accused including two missing suspects who unjustifiably just got acquited by our seven corrupt Judges. Not even the four missing who didn’t took part of the decision took count to have all suspects release from Prison. This is totally unacceptable in our Justice System. This is our Country runs the Justice System when every time money is involved. There’s too many connections attached .

What was the cause of Hubert Webb’s and eight others involvement of the Crime ? It’s really doubtful a Police Man just unexpectedly first showed up at the crime scene and destroys all the evidence. Four years later. A witness who just happens to know ” everything ” how the crime perpetrated . She knows all the names and who are involved. It’s really difficult to accept that this witness was being “Dishonest” . All this people that she accused are all real and they exist. Not imaginary. She done all of this because of her life could be in danger. Anybody as to who are involved must stay silent. Or ” ELSE ” . All suspects and witnesses must stay and keep silent . That is the most important thing of how crimes can be ” SAFE ” for the Perpetrators.

I saw on the De Leon sisters being interviewed on the U.S. edition of TV Patrol. At that time I was glad to see these two women who symbolize the 80’s for me as they were then recognizable celebrities. Two weeks later, a shocking news came up about the acquittal of Webb & company. I then remembered the interview when the De Leon sisters very confidently said that, “oh, we just came here (from the states) to spend time with Tony Boy.” Apparently, they already knew two weeks earlier that their family member will be acquitted? Poor Mang Lauro. Nakatapat po kayo ng pinagsama-samang anak ng mayayamang pamilya. Ipasa-Diyos ninyo na lang po para po sa katahimikan ninyo.

I am sick to my stomach to see how the justice system works in the Phils. This is true to a country marred with corruption where money and political power makes a perfect cocktail. The Supreme Court in itself is a disgrace. On the other hand the Webb’s must have realized that they could have fooled a lot of Filipino people but NOT all the Filipino people. The authorities must have realized that in 1990’s the US Immigration Services stamp the passport on Entry only and NOT upon Exit. Hence there was a possibility that H. Webb did exited the US and was in Phils. when the crime was committed. The point is why did Webb’s possible accomplishes went into hiding until today? Simple – Plight is a sign of guilt.
